We need to get final price from GT Party Rentals and the Invite Right costs to finalize budget and thus ticket prices. Hoping to hold tickets in the $45.oo range and planning for an average of 6 tix per grad. We need to confirm if DJ costs include sound system. Maragaret Speelman will start on a multimedia with baby pics etc. We will ask grads if they want a local (HHS) speaker or an import (eg Olympiain). Peter will look in to what has been donated in the past (eg Rotary)
